One Eight Nitro Racing Car

This is probably the FASTEST of all classes and also the most expensive to run, but probably the most enjoyable for those that love to drive a fast, well handling Race Car.

Both "A" & "B" grades currently being run.Top speed - maybe 120 kph ( 4 wheel drive)

One Fifth Touring Car

These are model copies of the 2 Litre European Touring Cars, are 2 wheel drive & powered by a 23 cc petrol motor and use race tyres that require "warming up " prior to racing. We have "A" grade & a "B"grade ( for newer drivers)Top speed - maybe 90 kph

Truck Racing

This form of racing evolved with a few enthusiasts wanting to race trucks on the Bitumen. They have managed to "Tame them down" by modifications and the racing is very hard, and a great crowd pleaser. You can "Race what you bring" in this class as long as it is a TRUCK or BUGGY.  Top speed - maybe 60 kph. We run races for trucks/buggies at the beginning & end of the day.

Race Duration

Normal Race meetings are run with several races in each classes run.Various timed heats raced for 2008 .We are trying some different formats this year.Currently trialling 2 X 5 minute heats & a final of 15-20 minutes for each car class.
